Bob's room

A private room in a recently developed community. Bed with a firm memory foam mattress included. The bathroom will be yours to use privately most of the time except on occasions a house guest might stay over. Central heating/cooling. On site non-covered parking is free. Open floor plan on the main floor. State of the art kitchen that you are welcome to use. A recent-year upright piano you are welcome to play given its not after bed time. A rent period of three to twelve months can be negotiated. I will give at least two months notice if I cannot offer a renewal when the current lease expires.

I am a quiet young professional in my early 30s. I enjoy cooking dinner, drinking beer, playing piano, and watching Netflix. If you are into skiing/cycling/aviation/coffee, we will get along nicely.
