Young male professional looking for roommates. House built in 2005 and the property has never flooded. Located off of Shady Oaks Court in Missouri City, TX 77489. Great location and nice neighborhood. Price is all inclusive flat-rate including internet, water, electricity, gas etc.
There is currently 1 of 2 rooms unoccupied and 1 bathroom on the second floor. The location is 5 minutes to HCC Missouri City; 10 minutes to HCC Stafford; 12 minutes to HEB, Lowe’s, a mall and much more. The Texas Medical Center, UH and Rice University are all only 25 minutes Way.
On the property in the common areas available appliances include a washer/dryer, refrigerator, gas oven with stove-top, microwave and a dishwasher.
About the roomies
Currently in the 3 bedroom house one other female is living here. I am working from home most of the time as well as taking online classes. I have a medium sized dog that is friendly and relatively mild-mannered. She never barks and will stay in my room most of the time.
