Newly remodeled basement apartment in Kachina Village area just South of Flagstaff. House is on a 1/2 acre lot and pretty quiet. The apartment has a separate washer/dryer, kitchen area, small living room, separate 3/4 bath (walk in shower), and separate entrance. Parking is semi-covered under a large deck area outside the basement front door.
