Hi! We’re one guy and girl in our mid 20s early 30s. One of us is a social media manager in NY and the other is a fashion/beauty buyer. We’re looking for another awesome roommate to join us on a sublease in Dec/Jan/Feb until the end of our lease @ Jul 31. Option to renew at that point.. Ideally 24-34 who is a working professional or respectful student. We appreciate someone who is clean like we are. Utilities not included but wifi, cable, power generally $60-70 each per month.
