Hi there! Me and my roommate have one room to rent in our 3 bed Townhouse starting December 1 ( can be sooner if necessary).
Unfurnished private bedroom with a decent size closet. You will be sharing a bathroom with shower/tub
Spacious living room connected with our fully equipped kitchen. We have a small patio where you can keep your beach cruiser, if you have one. Laundry machine in the building, no brainer. We split electric, and the internet. It is usually around $50 a month. Street parking is always available and it is a very safe residential area.
Looking for a clean and friendly roommate to live with.

About the roomies
We are easy going, super positive dudes working remotely from home. I am working in Sales for an IT company and my roommate is an illustrator, always working on some cool projects. We both enjoy a healthy lifestyle and usually keep ourselves busy playing all kinds of sports on the Hermosa sand.
