Hello I am Andrew McGrath. I have been living here since July 2019. It’s a gorgeous apartment in a wonderful part of town. Easily within walking distance of the old port, Washington Ave and of course the Eastern Promenade Park. I am a partner at USAnswer an answering service based here in Portland Maine. I am currently working from home so do spend a significant amount of time in the apartment. I also am a local writer, music enthusiast and hiker. I’m happy to share my local band pick and trail recommendations. I keep the place pretty clean and would like someone who would be willing to do the same.
