North Liverpool Avenue

The room is light-filled with plenty of closet and bureau space, with a smart TV and an extra storage closet in the hallway. It is 13 x 13 sq. feet with a queen bed. It is super quiet on the far end of the house, has a separate entrance and a private bath. There is also an office space available and included if desired. We are on a cul de sac in a very quiet neighborhood, with lovely neighbors. And the backyard is spacious and full of flowers and veggies in the summer.

I am the only one, a very congenial and private 62 year old gal who loves to laugh and has a terrier mix dog who’s deaf and makes me do just that. I work in the school system and teach art out of my studio. I am easygoing but don’t put up with drama and chaos. I’d like a female housemate who works outside the home and has a positive attitude about life in general.
