The apartment is beautifully decorated with dining room and living room. The room for rent is fully furnished with a full-size bed, dresser, chest, and vanity. The room can be rented unfurnished for a higher rate.
I am seeking a professional who is honest, responsible, and respectful. No smoking, illegal drugs, or someone with a drinking problem. I keep a very clean home and will expect the same. I will have the same respect for you, no group of friends hanging out, no overnight stays. I have a 7-year-old boxer who is totally housebroken and trained to behave. I can not allow any other pets.
