The room is small & cozy. It comes with a comfy queen size bed on a Memory foam mattress. There are two side tables, a shelving unit to store some of your things, and a portable closet for hanging up your clothes. It’s in a safe neighborhood and parking is on the street. Utilities and wifi are included. The bathroom is shared between 3 people.
There’s cupboard space in the kitchen and use of the laundry room for all. References required.
I’m retired, but work full-time from home on my Feng Shui business and my book business. I’m looking for a student, or a professional woman who works outside the home. I do not accept pets, smokers or drugs of any kind. I do enjoy cordiality and friendliness and hope we can occasionally converse about common interests. Do you like cooking? Do you like healthy living? Not a requirement, but you’ll be a better fit if you’re into healthy eating and recycling. I ask my roomies to help recycle glass, plastic and cardboards, keeping our carbon footprint small.
