About the room
The house is 3/2.5 with two rooms occupied. The bedrooms are all upstairs and the half bath is downstairs. We have a small yard and a garage with some fitness equipment. We have a billiards table in the living room. Rent is $550 and we split electric/gas/internet 3 ways. Those bills usually stay between $110-140 each depending on the season.
About the roomies
I have a 9 year old dog who is the only pet in the household. He is very sweet and well behaved. He frequents my bedroom and the common areas.
My roommate occupies one of the rooms upstairs and shares the upstairs bathroom with whoever rents our spare bedroom. He is a very clean/neat person so the bathroom stays that way.
We are both pretty laid back and we are both generally clean and organized. We both work full-time and if we’re not at work we tend to keep to ourselves more often than not. If we’re not in our rooms, we’re typically either cooking or playing pool when we’re home.
Chores are not allocated, we both just clean and pick up after ourselves as we go and the same is expected of whoever rooms with us.
