Mary's room

I am looking for a roommate in the two bedroom townhouse I rent. The townhouse has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bath. I have the smaller bedroom and you will be renting out the master. The bathroom upstairs is shared but there is a private entrance to and from the bathroom from the bedroom. There is an additional half bath downstairs. The living room and kitchen comes furnished and you are welcome to use it as you like with the expectation that you will clean up after yourself. Due to COVID and other safety reasons, I ask for no overnight Guests. I also will not have any Guests. Washer and dryer are located inside the house. They are both my machines but you are welcome to use them.There are lots of grocery stores nearby and the freeway is a 5 minute drive away. Utilities will be split between the two of us (internet, electricity, water, trash and gas) and is not included in the rent. I have rented out this townhome for the last 6 years and have had no issues. It is a safe and quiet neighborhood.

I am 58 years old and work at a department store. I have two kids that are grown up now. In my spare time, I enjoy relaxing and spending time with my dog.
