Available on Sunday, June 27th. For short term of ( 3 months: July+ August+ September ) Preferably female. $600 monthly

I am a 57 old male, healthcare Professional ,Working mostly( 16 hrs 7 days a week + 24hrs on call) **The house is designed as almost 2 separated sections. You will have the following:

1. The entire upstairs floor consist : 2 furnished bedrooms upstairs with mini fridge + 3Walking closets +Full bath+ nice size furnished (upstairs living room )

2. Partial of the first floor consist : ( Main Living and Dining rooms) both will be yours too.

**Feel free to use the( 2nd upstairs room) as office or study area.

**The main front door is your entrance ; I will not share it with you **Your own Parking in the drive way.

Plus, you share the rest of the house: Laundry room, and backyard with privacy fence. In another word, everything that you see in these photos is your space.

2000 SqF house protected with(360 High Advance Security System And Cameras !) Mowing grass and shoveling snow are not required. ………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………

It is perfect for an IPFW students or health professionals who working or practicing in N of Fort Wayne hospitals. 10 Min from [ IPFW university — Parkview and Dupont Hospitals ] 5 Min from [Kroger,Walmart,Meijer,Walgreen,CVS, YMC, Public Library, NE Post Office.Banks. $600( as roommate expenses ) ( All Utilities +Wi-Fi) included. No contract, $600 refundable Security Dep. The monthly payment in advance. 30 days leaving note. ***So the 1st payment when you move in as the following: { $600 for 1st month not refundable + $600 refundable Security deposit = $1200 cash in advance }

I am kindly informing you that is:No pets. No dating inside the house. No alcohols, No heavy smoking(Light in the backyard is OK) No pork cooking or food has strong smell( bad smell) No wearing shoes inside.No dirty dishes stay overnight. No electric heater . NO Nails on the walls ;the house beautifully decorated. No storages for extra furniture; the house already furnished .

Car is (Optional): Kia Van ( Golden Color ) Car monthly Fee = $150

Monthly( full coverage insurance) bill= ~ $50( I will handed the bill to you.)

Refundable insurance deductible portion =$500 cash in advance. note:You have to pay it“ only“ If the accident was your fault. If accident happened, my insurance will pays for the towing expenses Plus gives another car to used till your car fix. To make it more clear, your roommate expenses is $600 + Car fee+insurance= $200 = total of $800 monthly for both House and Car.
