Beech Down Drive

The room is in the basement of a house, with a separate entrance through the backyard. There are two bedrooms, I live in one and the other is empty at the moment. There is a small kitchen with a plug-in stove and sink, but no oven or dishwasher. Laundry is in the apartment, as is on street parking. The neighborhood is very safe. Electricity not included.

I’m the only one living in the basement, the landlords live above the rooms and have an infant. There is minimal contact. I’m 20, go to NOVA community college, and slightly germaphobic (taking COVID seriously). I work at a restaurant, and am interested in a roommate who is around my age, female, and friendly. I spend some time with my boyfriend in my room. I have a cat, but my landlords have expressed that they don’t want more than one pet.
