Lema Drive

Master bedroom on the ground floor, in a nice, friendly, very suburban area with close freeway access. It is part of a 4-bedroom townhouse, shared between 4 roommates. The bathroom is shared with one other person. Utilities are NOT included, and (gas, electric, water, internet) will be shared monthly between the 4 of us. In-unit laundry (in the garage). Excellent A/C. Small yard with a built-in dog door in the kitchen. Large room, with nice view. Shared common areas. Fully stocked kitchen with many appliances (toaster oven, Instant Pot, Vitamix, waffle iron, etc). If desired, the room can be partially furnished with desk, bookshelf, and almost-new full-sized memory foam mattress. This is a month-to-month situation until we renew our lease in June (you could join if you want).

3.5 other roommates: two men, one woman, 21, 28 and 30, and a miniature dachshund. Two of us are recent CalArts Animation alumni, and the third is a COC student. The alumni work from home as freelancers. We are quiet, easy-going and flexible (and sometimes a bit nerdy). We value communication and respect. We quarantine as well as we can and ask that any prospective roommates do the same, at least for the next 4-6 months or so.
