Leandria's room

Very spacious house, big living room, kitchen and dining room area. We live above the landlord and her family so she’s available if we need anything. We’re on a dead end block with a lot of families so, the neighborhood usually has a bunch kids playing. The area is close to the Q and B train and is about 20 minute walk to the F strain. Also a bunch of bus lines nearby.

There are 2 of us, all black women, one is a violinist and teacher, the other works in retail. We try to keep the house as clean (common areas) as possible, and incense are also lit probably 95% of them time. We are all mostly introverts, but also friendly. No pets please.
