• Large double closet, included in above measurements just over 6’ 3“L x 1’ 3.5“D
• Can fit a queen bed or even a king size bed
• Natural hardwood floors
• Unfurnished *furniture in bedroom pics will be gone
• Would also be open to furnishing the room for a short term rental, mostly concerned about getting the right person in the space
• First month and security deposit required ($2000 total)
• Allergic to pets but open to hypoallergenic ones
• Also open to single parents that may share time with their child half the time of the week

ABOUT US My name is Cindy and in my early 40s. I am a Sustainable Fashion/Beauty Design Consultant & Nutrition Wellness Coach. I work from home and have a setup in my room.

You will have the front private room. My teen son and I have the 2 bedrooms in the back of the apartment. We’re pretty chill & clean and don’t have any clutter in any shared spaces. My son stays with me for half of the week and every other weekend. He’s got his whole setup in his room as well and is into skateboarding, surfing, & filming. We’re pretty friendly and have lived on this block for over 10 years.
