Very rarely any guest.. Edge of Dunnellon and Ocala, house is 3 miles from Wal Mart on state road 200. Heated swimming pool and hot tub in complex. Also fitness center.
About the roomies
Not looking for anything but renter that is respectful, clean, courteous and reliable. Prefer female who will help in household chores. Not wanting roomie with boyfriend who wants to spend nights. Renting to one person only. Overnight family guest ok as long as it’s not a regular thing
