Im looking for a drama free, TRUSTWORTHY clean tenant that respects there surroundings and doesn’t bring the party home with them.. I have a 3 Story town home I own in The luxurious Otay Ranch neighborhood, and am renting one room out. My guest bedroom has a 50 inch tv with cable, and Full bath attached to room for privacy. Closet in room, and full house privileges are ok with small restrictions. The back patio has a grill and a fire pit. The rent comes with all utilities paid for and your own parking space! Also, washer and dryer accessible to you in house. Unlimited Wifi included and my complex has a gym, pool, jacuzzi that you will have unlimited access to. Alil about myself. I’m in Law Enforcement, and have been doing that for about 6 years now. Because of that, laws must be respected in my home always, you must have NO CRIMINAL RECORD, and practice a drug/drama free lifestyle :) When I’m not working I hit the gym, hang with the fam, hit the beach, hike, or stream PlayStation 4 games on Twitch. I’ve been a video game streamer for almost a year now. Love the video game community, helps me unwind from work. Anyway I live alone, have no pets, (don’t desire pets here either) and have a GF of 6 years that comes by on the weekends to hang. Other than that, it’s quite around my house. I like it that way. I like to BBQ on my grill and hang out by my fire pit at night and have drinks and listen to chill music on my days off.. Otay Ranch is a upscale fancy neighborhood with a small commute getting to work. I work downtown so it’s a 20 min commute to work. Utilities and parking INCLUDED! If interested I would like a small bio of you and some pics as well if possible. Also, understand, you will be renting the room not the house, and any house privileges given are just that, house privileges. Also, a guests over will be limited as well, and subject to mostly your room. Full house privileges are for the tenant, not guests. Also proof of emolyment will be asked for as well.
