Condo complex right by a Dollar General and closeby to a cafe and a resort. The property is pretty big and there are other residents in 7 other condos in the building. The condo I’m in has one spare room including a closet, and the condo itself is two levels and very spacious. I’m a minimalist with decor and furniture.

I’m a disabled woman in her mid-20s looking for a roommate for my condo to help split the bills. I’m capable of taking care of myself, but would sometimes need help with cleaning (mostly floors, as it’s hard on my back). I’m pretty easygoing and get along well with most people. I have two cats and they’re both treated like royalty. I have a boyfriend that visits sometimes.
