Diego's room

The $750 covers everything including utilities. This is the perfect place for anybody looking for a spacious place and a private bath. This room is located in the Woodstock area right on Kellogg creek near patriot park. It is only a short walk/drive to the nearest lake access.

The basement has 2 rooms that are connected and an en-suite bathroom. The bedroom side has blackout curtains, smart lights and a google home mini that can control the lights. The living room side has blackout curtains and a mini fridge. The kitchen, living room and laundry will all be shared. The laundry is conveniently located downstairs right outside of the basements living room space.

We are looking for someone that is in college or a young adult that does not smoke or vape inside the house. They also need to be clean and have no pets.

My girlfriend and I are students at Kennesaw State University and both work. Neither of us drink nor smoke. We have 2 dogs. Their names are Bailey and Leia. Bailey is a brown Irish setter and spends his day outside and loves to play. Leia is our indoor dog and is dachshund mix and loves to play and cuddle.
