About the room
Hey, I’m Joe, former Marine and Army infantry, current OSU student with a two bedroom 600 sq ft apartment, nearly fully furnished, newly renovated apartment in a really great complex (university village). Rents 1,100 a month plus utilities which we split everything (550 per). I look forward to hearing from you.
About the roomies
Being a 2 bedroom, only one roomate (myself), I just moved in November 1st and once everything is unpacked and organized like to maintain a clean and organized place. Month to month isn’t really an option, you will be signing on to a lease that you can also sign off of. The house is fully furnished, your room will not be.
