I live off highway 15, It’s is very quiet neighbourhood very clean place, The neighbours are very quiet and keep to themselves. I clean and dust vaccum once a week Cleanliness is the next best thing to Godliness. The HOA has a noise ordinance so no loud vehicle please. Doing background and reference please. Looking for one single person renting to only one person long-term. Looking for someone who’s been in the Myrtle Beach area for over a year. Will need driver’s license to run background check.

You have your own bedroom and bathroom in my manufactured home. I’m very neat, im very respectful and quiet. One mile from Coastal Grande Mall one mile from the Beach and one mile from the Airport. Looking for long term rental and worker over one year, rental and work reference please. Plus half water and electric bill which is very Inexpensive, I have past statements. Please know its a process to get a new renter. My current roommate was here 2 years it was great him living here, but he moved away for family matter. Non-smoker please. That means not smoking outside either because smoke smell lingers and I am allergic to smoke and pet dander.
