hi! we’re a mix of grad students and young professionals looking for a female to move into a shared room in our 3 bed 2 1/2 bath townhouse. The lease starts Jan 1 and is six months at a time with option to renew. Landlord does prefer grad students but could be flexible. (sorry, dog not included lol)
