Heathir's room

Looking for someone to move into the second bedroom in my apartment, my current room mate will be moving closer to his work. I have two cats and two dogs, so being an animal lover is a must but having no animals yourself is preferred (unless they’re caged animals; rodents, reptiles, fish). I live on the Hartford/ West Hartford town line, five minute drive to Blue Back Square. The building has 6 apartments in it, two on each floor. The first floor is occupied by my sister and her girlfriend, across the hall from them is a long time friend. The apartment above mine is empty so no loud noises from upstairs. There is a private lot in the back for parking. There’s a porch in the back, great for enjoying drinks during the summer.

I have been adhering to covid guidelines, would appreciate someone that does the same, no large gatherings in the apartment until it’s deemed safe. I work full time at Whole Foods, other than that I’m home most of the time during the winter to avoid leaving the dogs for long periods. In the warmer months I enjoy hiking and discovering new restaurants around New England. I’m the only one living in the apartment, my sister will come over on occasion to watch some tv.
