$440 per month (all utilities included). Prefer short term rentals of 1-4 weeks. Furnished room (furnished, or not) for rent to a quiet, female, non-smoking roommate. Rent includes Wi-Fi internet access, heat, water, laundry facilities, kitchen use, as well as access to all the common areas of the home. You are also welcome to use the kitchen items. My home is located in Bay View, three blocks North of Howard Avenue. Property is close to shopping, libraries, and highways. There is also a parking space included as well. Great as short (or long) term housing for students, working professionals, and traveling workers. Traveling nurses encouraged to apply.
