Calle Cuervo Northwest

I have a 10x12 room available for rent in my 2 bed/2 bath apartment with it’s own walk in closet, built in bookshelf, and two windows that look out onto a cute courtyard. The apartment itself has a ground level entrance but one set of stairs inside as it’s the 2nd floor apartment. No upstairs neighbors. Apartment has a security system, a fireplace, dishwasher, washer/dryer in unit, and the complex boasts of a pool, media room in clubhouse, small gym, and lovely grounds complete with dog park. The complex is right on the boarder of Corrales and Albuquerque and very safe. Wonderful neighbors and super close to a mall, wine tore, brewery, wineries, multiple grocery stores, and restaurants. I have lived in this community for 3 years and truly love it.

The complex has everyone from families with children to older adults. I’d say the age range of renters is twenty-one to seventy. About 1/3 have dogs and are responsible at picking up after them. It’s truly a community. If I need help with my dog or someone to water my plants, I have a lot of people who would help me. I enjoy walking the dog and seeing my neighbors and catching up with them. It’s truly been a godsend during COVID-19 and working from home. I actually work for a hospital and support their ER docs. At the moment I work from home and don’t know when I’ll go back to the office. I have a dog and a cat. I’m a published author and thus spend time writing when I’m not watching movies/TV, working, or hanging out with my dog. I love to cook…I’m not a big drinker…I don’t smoke…and I’ve discovered I’m good with plants (just not flowers, lol). I moved here from NYC 3 years ago and have had roommates my whole life so I’m really good with sharing space and respecting boundaries. If you are too, and pay your bills on time, we’d get along great!
