Nice furnished bedroom in Newtown just across from Tyler State. Although we are not offering a “house share” the room includes WIFi, desk, double bed, dresser, fridge and microwave & ceiling fan. There is a powder room just outside your door and recently renovated hall bathroom for showers.

Tyler state park just a couple blocks away
About the roomies
We bought our house in Newtown almost 4 years ago, I grew up in this area, my partner is from New Jersey We love cars, hiking, and gardening working out We also spend a bit of time at our other home near Disney’s Animal Kingdom
