How’s it going my name is Alex, I’m 26 years old and have a great place for rent in Arvada. The apartment complex is solana olde town station, everything about this place is perfect and cozy! I’m currently in a two bedroom but will be moving to a three bedroom November 17th for the space and ability to have a roommate in this unit will make cost of living easier on me. A little about me I’m a out going guy, love the outdoors love my drinks on the weekends always at the gym or at work! I have an amazing pup who loves everyone. We’re looking for someone around the same Age who works is clean and likes to have a good time! The property is awesome located next to Arvada square, we have a great gym, pool, indoor golf simulator and hot tub! Also located next to the highway and not far from downtown Denver or the mountains!
