Beautiful east-facing unit (2 bed 2 bath total) on the 20th floor of a Jersey City high rise right on the Hudson. Kitchen has fantastic bar area and cooking space, as well as a dishwasher. Living room is extremely large and sunny. Bedroom has TWO CLOSETS - great for storage. Bathroom is pristine, plus has a tub. The building has the friendliest doormen, PLUS a lounge! The Newport community fitness center is also located right across the street. Building is steps away from the Newport path station, which will have you in NYC in no time. Many shops and restaurants nearby - including the Newport Mall. Truly great location for anyone, especially a young adult who wants to be able to access the city at a reasonable price.

Looking for a female subletter. Living room furniture will essentially all stay (my roommate brought it) - so no need to worry about buying a couch or table! I am also open to selling some of my bedroom furniture. Note: the rent is for the one room, I am willing to negotiate a bit but not too much. I’ve already lowered the price by a few hundred dollars. For context, we pay $3825 for a whole unit. Plus I’m willing to leave my bed/bedding, which I got brand new in July and cost ~$700 total. It’s a queen bed too!
