Bedroom is 9x13, with closet and built-in shelves in a large apartment.

Great neighborhood; on Atlantic Avenue, between Smith and Hoyt. No more than a 5 minute walk to most Subway lines. Close to Trader Joe’s, Brooklyn Academy of Music, Brooklyn Law School, and the Promenade.

We also have a small courtyard behind the building - great for grilling and hanging out.

Current residents; female who works in sports and male working in computers.

I work in sports and the other roommate staying works in computers. The person leaving will be moving in with his girlfriend.

The remaining roommate and I are both low-key and get along very well. While we do hang out sometimes, we do have our own circles and often don’t even see each other. We are looking for someone who is considerate of others and contributes to keeping the place clean.
