Apartments are super nice and fully furnished. Have a low rating on Yelp, but they have all new owners, new management team and maintenance staff. Over fifteen hundred sq. ft. and it’s 4 bed, 4 bath- option for bathroom in room. Washer/dryer in unit. 1 or 2 rooms available, if 2 roommates found, will lower rent. Can afford rent on my own so fit is most important!

Laid back guy. Just moved out to Ohio from AZ for a job. Hoping to down to earth roommate(s), male preferred. Would love to have a workout and/or drinking buddy. I’m really busy during the week and once in season, will travel or be gone a lot of weekends. I’m clean and responsible, would prefer the same. Easy to get along with.
