You would be be living in an owner-occupied (3 bedroom/2 bath) home within four miles to UCSD La Jolla, Scripps La Jolla and six miles to USD. This home has been renovated from top to bottom and everything is new. You will have access to a separate bathroom, a large private yard and plenty of street parking. To catch a bus to campus, you would take a short five-minute walk to the bus stop. Rent includes wifi, laundry and light kitchen privileges in my vegetarian kitchen. I have a well-trained, medium-sized, short-haired dog who is very friendly and happy. All applicants must complete an application that will be used to conduct a background check. International students are welcome. No smoking. No overnight guests.
