Big beautiful 7 bedroom home with 3 stories of living area! Backs to a community pond and views of the foothills. House is located on a culdesac in a great community out and away from the city- Chatfield State Park, Roxborough State Park and Waterton Canyon surround you and are all less than 5 minutes away! Main floor was renovated in 2017 with updated kitchen (granite countertops, stainless appliances) and hardwood floors. ThIs room currently available is on the upstairs floor of the house. It’s furnished with a queen bed and 2 dressers. Good size sliding door closet. The room has a nice little deck off the front of the house and the room has French doors leading out to it. You would share a larger bathroom with one other renter - it has double sinks and a shower/tub combo. There is a sweet loft that has some couches and a TV and is a great common area for lounging upstairs (and has great views of the pond and foothills!) The big laundry room is in the basement, as well as a large ’‘man cave“ area with TV and gaming system and a decent sized home gym. It’s a great space…..

So there are 5 rooms for rent in the house. We have been living out of state for 2 years- the master bedroom is locked off for the (infrequent!) times we come back to visit our adult children for a few days. The house is IDEAL for people who work on the Lockheed Martin Waterton Campus- it is within a 3 minute drive to the campus main gate. Currently have a couple of people that will be moving out in the next month. What remains will be 2 mid 20’s LM employees that are super nice guys. They all have been on work from home status since Covid came into our lives.
