The apt is a 3 bedroom/1 bathroom, with a large living room and kitchen, beautiful view of the Manhattan skyline, and rooftop access for summer/ fall BBQs! Utilities are $40- $60 p month.

We’re close to 2/3/4/5 and C, the Franklin Ave Shuttle, and, the B/Q and G. Walking distance to loads of restaurants, coffee shops and bars in the area, as well as the Brooklyn Museum and Prospect Park. Laundry and grocery are pretty close, too. Really ideal location!

You’d be living with 2 twenty something professional ladies. Lots of cooking, baking, and listening to music. We’re easy to live with (tidy, independent, and helpful). Both of us are pretty busy but also like to chat and check-in when home.

If you’ve got a well-behaved cat, we’re open to it! We’re looking for someone willing to stay from Aug 2017- May 2018.
