No window AC currently, landlord may replace it • Living room and kitchen is fully furnished but there is still some storage for additional things. •Easy street parking (no permits needed) •Wireless Internet ~$20/mo split; Electric $30-50 split between us; Water is covered. •Share the bigger of the two bathrooms with a tub (will be sharing with female) •Super cheap laundry facilities on premises ($2.25 for wash and dry) or two laundry mats within two block radius •Perfect location near Fairfax/Olympic - close to everything! (5 mins to the Grove, West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and the 10 Freeway; 15 mins to Santa Monica, 12 mins to Downtown, 15 mins to Westwood, etc) •No additional pets or smoking inside.

What You Bring: •Someone also in their mid-to-late twenties; preferably female •Stable income (has to pass credit check by the landlord) •Will pick up after themselves and share responsibilities cleaning up common areas •Laid back and fun (don’t need to be best friends, but would prefer someone friendly and social esp as we’re home all day🙃) •LGBT+ friendly •Dog friendly. My dog is veryyy cuddly and will probably bother you for pets

Your future roommates: •Two chill ladies both in their twenties, both watch a whole bunch of TV and cook quite a bit. I am working from home and the other roommate is in the military and comes and goes. •I have a small Maltipoo named Maggie who is very cuddly & friendly 🐶
