Home located in Winding Walk Eastlake of Chula Vista. Access to multiple pools, clubhouse, gym, and recreational facilities. Close to restaurants, mall, movie theaters, shopping centers and schools. I have 3 sons and 1 daughter that are all in college and come and go. All areas of house are open to renters aside from backyard and garage. I’m a full-time nurse, retired from the U.S. Navy. Two of my kids still live with me, the other two come home on weekends from school. We have a trained dog that stays in the backyard. One room is a smaller room that comes unfurnished and shares a bathroom with my son. The other room is a masters bedroom with a walk-in closet, own bathroom, fully furnished.
