Corrin's room

Located about 15 minutes from OSU campus, so also very close to downtown. Quick access to 71 and 670. There is a bus stop nearby if you’d need that. House includes a fenced in yard, fire pit, driveway (that I don’t use, so you definitely can) and on street parking. There is a full basement if you need some space for storage, as well as on site washer and dryer. There’s a lot of pets here. I have 3 dogs and 4 cats. I don’t expect anyone to be responsible for them beyond letting the dogs out and in if you’re the only one home; but you have to be okay with them. I open to you bringing pets in as long as they’re fine with mine and you clean up after them. My pets don’t go in the room I have available; it would be to your discretion if you let them in or not. Room is unfurnished, has a decent sized closet. I just painted it, but am okay with any modifications that don’t damage the structure. Bathroom is shared. Rent can be negotiated, but as listed includes electric/gas/water/internet within reason. I’m willing to do short term and/or month to month leasing.

In the house we have me, my dad and the pets. I own the house, work full time in research and am generally a quiet introverted person. Dad is retired, does projects in the basement and will probably be camping and fishing once the weather warms up. I do smoke, am down to drink socially and am not bothered by recreational drug use. I’m unconcerned with gender, sexuality, or age. I’m not gonna say we’re like the cleanest people ever, but the house is certainly never trashed and the dishes get done. I expect a similar level of cleanliness in potential roommates. I don’t expect to be best friends, but I’m not against the idea either.
