My Neighbor upstairs is a older gentleman and has a few grandkids. The lady beside the apartment is a older lady who is very quiet.

It’s just me I really would like a roommate because the rent is very reasonable to where me and whoever the room is can handle our Bills but still save our money at the same time. The 400 dollars includes utilities. The Roommate is responsible for their own groceries but anything can be eaten as long as its replaced. We will take turns each month getting household toiletries. I have everything furnished the only thing you’ll need is your stuff for your room like bed and stuff for you in your room.
