Grace's room

Quaint beach house that’s located one block up from the strand and a couple blocks from downtown Hermosa. The house is on a walk street, with a front yard, a parking spot, and decently sized bedrooms/living area.

We’re two 23-year-old friends who went to college together and are both originally from SoCal. We work full-time jobs, but have been remote and plan to be working remotely for the foreseeable future. We love hanging out with friends, going to the beach, and exploring different spots in CA. We’re super easy-going and looking for a respectful roommate, but mostly someone to have a good time with!
