Sarah's room

My friend and I are looking for a third roommate to get a house/duplex in round rock/ Georgetown/ Leander/ cedar park in January. It would be a private room and most likely a shared bathroom. I have one large dog who gets along with dogs and cats. As long as the place we find allows dogs/cats we are fine with them as long as they get along with other dogs and house trained. Utilities and rent will be split 3 ways.

I’m a vet tech and student who mostly keeps to myself. The other roommate, Gabriella, is coming from England to study. We would like another clean, quiet, respectful roommate.
