California Street

Great townhouse in a quiet suburban neighborhood that is walking distance to great restaurants, Starbucks and Trade Joe’s. Two floors—first is a large living room, dining room and kitchen as well as my home office; the second is a landing/play area for my kids and three bedrooms. I’m in the master bedroom, my kids are in the second bedroom and the third bedroom is available. I have my kids 4 nights of the week (Sat, Sun, Mon and Tues). I have two daughters, twin 6 year-olds and a small dog. He’s an inside dog and quickly warms to new people. The place has great internet and AC. I keep a pretty clean house, although the two kids make it hard. I cook all meals. I work most the time so the living room will likely be free for use most times. I’ve got Apple TV with all subscriptions and an XBox. The place is about 15 minute driving distance from Glendale, 25 minutes from downtown. House is also walking distance to metro.
