I have one, unfurnished room for rent with a shared full bathroom for a single person, $675 for qualified couple. $500 security deposit and first , last months rent and security deposit due at move in. All utilities included:use of washer and dryer, use of all kitchen appliances and kitchen and Wi-Fi. DIRECTV will also be included, just rent the box for around $7 a month. The other renter has been renting for about six months.The lease will be for six months. A security deposit of five hundred dollars and three references. Parking is on the top. IF ADD IS UP ITS STILL AVAILABLE. Will be available 12-24-2022. Three references and background check required. Pets are generally not allowed, but if you have a cat it will be $50 more a month a dog will be $100 extra a month depending on size. The average per month rent in Carrollton for a one room apartment is over $800, not counting the application fees, security deposit etc. Thank you
