Marsha's room

The room available for rent is in the Santa Ranch Estates located in Hollister, close access to Hwy 101 to Gilroy, Morgan Hill, San Jose, Salinas, Monterey, Watsonville and Santa Cruz. Seeking a friendly, respectful, responsible, preferably a single occupant to rent our spare bedroom. Students Welcome. Potential candidates MUST be completely non-smoking (due to allergies no cannabis, vaping, or tobacco of any kind), drug free with reliable income and the means to pay rent on time in full. We will consider working with rental assistance programs, or foster programs that assist youth with transitioning out of foster care services. While we adore animals, we are unable to consider any pets. Rent includes utilities as well as Wi-Fi.

We are seeking a renter with a friendly and social personality, someone who is easy going, caring, STRICTLY A NON-SMOKER, that enjoys an occasional social dinner and game night together with their other housemates, but also appreciates personal time too.
