About the apartment: -Large shared spaces, hardwood floors, dishwasher, tons of light and closet space, as well as stainless steel appliances

• The room is ~14ft x 11.5ft, with 2 large closets and full bathroom attached
• Fully furnished apt and partially furnished room (The room comes with a bed, desk and nightstand if you wish to use these)
• Rent is $1500 / month + utilities (Between $50-70/month) About Us -We are a couple in our mid-30’s, I’m a comedian and technology project manager, she is a singer, teacher and actress in the city. -We use the apartment mostly for relaxing, chilling and practicing. (If you want to party all night every night - this is not the apartment for you.) We have fun, but are focused on our craft and need a place to relax and recharge - ideally you should be looking for a place to do the same.
• We are looking for one roommate who is cool, clean and responsible to move August 1st. Please shoot over a brief intro about yourself when replying. (Sorry no couples!) About the building:
