Hank's room

I have a 4 bedroom home and am looking for one person to rent a room. It is furnished with a full size bed, chest of drawers / tv armoire. closet and includes an individual living space that can be utilized. Bathroom, kitchen and living areas fully furnished. There is wifi available and it is included in monthly rent. The house has just been remodeled and is in an and quiet area of the city. Students are preferred and it is very close to the bus stop. Deposit is required upon move in. No credit check but background check is required.

I am a professional guy with varied interests who is open to all. I have no other roommates and don’t plan to have more than one other person living in the house.
