Moulton Avenue

My loft is at the Brewery. It is about 1.25 miles from downtown. There is a park and restaurant on the premises. There are 2 laundry rooms on site. There is a rock climbing gym on site with a full service gym. In addition, the 5, 101, and 110 freeways are nearby.

The loft is 1200 sq. feet with 20 ft. ceilings in the living room and dining room areas. There are 3 bedrooms but I use the 3rd room for storage or for if you or I have a guest from out of town who stays for a few days. Other than that, it stays empty.

The bedroom for rent is 200 sq. feet. I have included 3 pictures of it. It is the white room towards the end of the picture list (Number 6, 7, and 8).

Lastly, you would have total access to the living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and patio area. Wifi is included in the rent; electricity is not. Parking is readily available on site as well.

I am an experimental filmmaker and graduate of UCLA’s Theater Film and Television school. I run my own personal training business and teach martial arts classes around town.

I love nature and spending time in nature either at the beach or in the mountains. I enjoy concerts and movies as entertainment. Taking care of plants, writing, meditating and martial arts are my hobbies.

I have included a picture on the list so you know what I look like (Number 9). I am a nice man who is looking for a cool and friendly person to share my loft with. I am looking for a mature drama free housemate who is a positive person. The ideal person would be between the ages of 20 to 60 years old.

The Brewery is a very laid back place with a wonderful vibe. The neighbors are friendly, which is a nice in LA. Whether you are an artist or not, you will thoroughly enjoy living at this art colony.
