I can not go back to the University of Alabama for financial reasons and I need someone to take over my lease at The Houndstooth Condominiums, or my half of the lease.

You would not need to find a roommate, as there is already one.

It is a two bedroom and two bathroom condo/apartment, but is very spacious. The bedrooms and bathrooms are private.

The $500 deposit has already been paid and you will be able to get it back at the end of your lease, if you take mine over.

It is in walking distance to campus for walking to class or for game days.

The rent is $775.00 a month which includes all amenities, except for the power bill. It is a two bedroom apartment, so the power bill would be split between both roommates and would be relatively cheap.

Some furnishings may can be provided, and a female or male roommate taking over my lease is fine.

All that needs to be done to move in is someone to sign to take over my lease, which goes from August 1, 2017 to July 29, 2018.
