Large 12x14 bedroom in spacious victorian (converted) 3 bed, split bath available October 1st. Room includes huge bay windows and closet, furnished or unfurnished. Current furniture includes desk, high-def smart tv, queen bed and mattress, dresser, and storage chest.

Kitchen and living room are tastefully furnished, but open to additions/subtractions! Dishwasher & gas stove for easy cooking and cleanup. There is also a rooftop (unofficially) for great city views/socially distant gatherings/ or yoga.

About the location: 97 walk score, 99 bike score (yes, it’s flat here!), 100 transit score (bus/muni/BART are all steps away). Whole Foods/Bi-Rite/Safeway all within 2 blocks. Plenty of bars and restaurants in all directions, as we are just in between the Castro and Mission. No shortage of fun stuff to do. Dolores Park is 2 blocks away for lazy weekend days, and our neighborhood boasts the best microclimate in the city.

Utilities run ~$150/month total per person: PGE, WiFi, Gas, electric, water, trash, and bi-monthly cleaning service ($33/person per clean), but am flexible in adopting a rotating cleaning schedule is preferable.

We are a pretty chill and introverted house that enjoys the occasional glass of wine/meal/movie together. We are currently practicing safe social distancing and don’t bring the party over. Roommates include:

39-year-old female working outside the home in the arts, frequent traveler. Into art, fitness, animals, healthy eating. Favorite tv genres are documentaries and true crime.

24-year-old male student working out of the home on occasion, but mostly spends his time studying in his room ;) Into camping, music, dance, science.
