Total electric bill averages $50-60 monthly; total oil heat averages $100 monthly in the winter; total internet bill is $63 monthly (no cable). On-street parking is available and requires a Somerville parking pass, which costs $50. The apartment is walking distance to Broadway Street, where local buses travel to Davis Square, Tufts University, and the Red and Orange Lines and is minutes from I93.
