About the room
It’s a 2 bed 2 bath apartment (PET FRIENDLY) at Camden Greenway Apartments and I AM RENTING OUT A PRIVATE ROOM WITH PRIVATE BATHROOM. It’s in Greenway Upper Kirby. Everything is in walking distance! 10 minutes from Downtown(by car). Lease ends on 5th of December 2021. You can do month to month as well. Community is gated, has 4 swimming pools (one in the pics is literally next to the apartment), 2 level fitness center gaming room and lounge.
Rent includes utilities. Apartment also got washer/dryer. Feel free to text me if you have anymore questions.

About the roomies
Majority of the time it’s going to be me only. I am a very friendly, clean and a down to earth person. I love to travel and I am passionate about soccer. Soccer player as well! My mom could be staying sometimes. She’s also very chill and super cool. Also, if she cooks at times, you’re most welcome to eat dinner with us🤗
